The applied prices in both accommodations are not subject to VAT since they are two accommodations of the extra-hotel type of a non-professional nature that, similar to the English tradition, include two private residences, and are legally registered with the competent authorities.

Mr-My Resort is owned by Cristina Gucciarelli and is a structure considered extra-hotel type of a professional genre, and its prices are subject to VAT. This structure as well is legally registered with the competent municipal offices.
